Most wood veneer is considered an industrial building material but we’ve seen it applied in an unlimited range of projects. There are many crafters and artists that are starting to experiment with it in a variety of mediums. For instance, Hinterland Skis has been using our veneer in their hand-crafted custom skis for years. Hinterland Skis are the return of slowly built, premium wood skis that are all created here in the US. They build each ski by hand with the help of skilled craftsmen, aerospace engineers, master artists, and expert designers. It’s a great company, beautiful product and they also plant two trees for every pair of skis sold.
