Unless specifically noted, every product sold on this
website is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects.
Veneer specie images depicted on this website are "type" samples only,
demonstrating the character and color normally associated with a particular
wood specie. The veneer you receive may differ from the sample shown due
to natural variations in the veneer specie and/or variations in the
equipment used to display the images. If you need a specific color or
pattern match for your project, submit a request and we will assist you.
Returns of material for reasons of color and/or matching will be subject to
a 20% restocking fee.
We ask that you immediately inspect received shipments for
any damage or defects. We allow up to 7
calendar days from the documented date you receive the product for reporting
shipping damage. We allow up to 14
calendar days from the documented date you receive the product to report
manufacturing defects, wrong product shipped, or other problems with your
